  • Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. product manager) and digital marketing agency to plan and execute campaigns for loyalty programs
  • Monitor and ensure KPIs for loyalty programs are met
  • Act as Content Management System (CMS) administrator in managing notifications and events through web portal
  • Review and verify contents of notification and event, including registration and modification of contents
  • Work closely with service desk, overseas R&D centres and 3rd party partners to solve issues related to campaigns
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in campaigns planning and execution
  • Good understanding about mobile payment, mobile apps and loyalty programs
  • Knowledge in content management system administration and HTML experience will be a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills to work with various business and technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, goal-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment
