Our client is looking for a hunter channel sales person to drive sales in Thailand.

The purpose of this position is to drive business success for our client’s two-tier distribution channel business in Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for overall sales targets including revenue and market share.

This is a permanent role where the candidate may have to work at channel partner’s office or to work from home until an onsite office is established by our client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales of the company’s products via our two-tier distribution channel
  • Introduce and connect the company’s solution partners to the channel
  • Manage, develop and expand territory reseller partner base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the company’s solution partners, distribution partners, and reseller partners
  • Support all partners in assigned channel to ensure that target revenues are met
  • Identify and expand territory Architecture & Engineering / Consultant partnerships
  • Grow year over year territory sales revenue faster than the market average and in line with significant annual revenue budget goals
  • Provide the highest quality and time responsive service to territory partner base (resellers, eco partners, Architecture & Engineering’s and distribution personnel)
  • Live the company core values of Reliability, Openness, Innovation, Flexibility and Independence and maintain the highest standard of professional behavior and integrity
  • Travel as needed and within assigned budget, locally and to/from HQ
  • Field presentations for partner and events
  • Documentation of all sales opportunities in the company CRM software from inception through the sales cycle to close
  • Timely expense management and reporting to company requirements
  • Provide monthly forecast and sales pipeline review/update with sales management personnel and ensure meeting of forecast
  • Distribution and follow up on leads assigned via internal process
  • End user meetings and presentations in support of your territory reseller partners and eco partners
  • Team interaction and on-going coordination with APAC Sales Director, Asia Sales Lead, Presales Specialists and Inside Channel Managers
  • Project registration and project pricing management with your distributor and reseller partners
  • Quote generation, solution creation with follow up (RFP/RFQ/RFI response generation and management)
  • Weekly activity reporting
  • Weekly sales call participation
  • Local and national trade show and event participation

Requirements:

  • Proven sales record and revenue growth driver skills
  • Business level English verbal and written skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of IT and or security industry sales experience
